The agreement

By using refiningstudies.com or purchasing one of our digital products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

Who we are

Refining Studies is an independent digital products business. Payment processing and delivery of digital files is handled by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Order receipts will reference Lemon Squeezy as the seller of record for tax purposes.

What you're buying

Each purchase is a license to one PDF Bible study (or bundle of studies) for personal use by the individual buyer. You may:

  • Read and annotate the file on your devices
  • Print it for your own use
  • Use it in a small group setting where every participant has purchased their own copy

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or upload the file to any website, file-sharing service, or church/group/ministry intranet
  • Resell it, in part or whole, in any format
  • Modify and republish it, or use the content to create derivative works for sale
  • Use it for ministry, classroom, or group teaching with copies for participants who did not purchase their own — contact us about group licensing

Scripture quotations used in the studies are reproduced under fair-use or with the applicable copyright permissions of each translation's publisher (KJV is public domain; NIV used by permission of Biblica; NASB used by permission of The Lockman Foundation).

Refunds

All sales are final. See our full refund policy.

Account / customer portal

Refining Studies does not operate user accounts on this site. Your purchase history is accessible via the customer portal hosted by Lemon Squeezy (the link is in your receipt email). Your email subscription is managed by ConvertKit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
