Refund policy

Because our studies are instant-download digital products, all sales are final.

The short version

We don't offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. The PDFs are delivered immediately, and we can't "un-deliver" them.

If something goes wrong

We want you to get exactly what you paid for. If you've experienced a technical issue — wrong file delivered, file won't open, missing pages, broken link — email support@refiningstudies.com with your order number and we'll make it right. Usually within hours.

Why no refunds?

Once a PDF has been delivered to your email, it lives on your device. There's no way for us to revoke access. Issuing a refund would mean giving the study away free, which isn't fair to other buyers or to the work that went into building it.

We try to make this clear at checkout, in your receipt, and across the site so you know what you're committing to. Browse the free Love study first if you want to see the depth and design before buying — that's exactly what it's for.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback when you received a working file is theft of intellectual property. We dispute every chargeback with full evidence (order receipt, download logs, terms shown). It's much better to email us first.
